The Office of Inspector General publishes an annual report each January which chronicles oversight, reporting, and community liaison activities during the previous year. Included, is a statistical analysis of misconduct investigations, reflecting the number and disposition of complaints as well as the actions taken. A summary of critical events handled by the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department is also reported.
